Coupons generator tool for Strapi V3
A plugin that generates and manages discount coupons directly from the admin.
Project details
A Strapi V3 project needed a way for marketing staff to generate one-off and bulk discount codes without a developer writing scripts for every campaign.
What we built
- A plugin that generates single or bulk coupon codes with configurable rules: percentage or fixed discount, expiry date, usage limits.
- An admin screen to browse, search and revoke active coupons.
- An API endpoint the storefront calls to validate a code at checkout.
Result
Marketing runs its own promo campaigns end to end, and the tool has since been adapted for other Strapi V3 clients running similar promotions.
